Blueberry Banana Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients-1 1/2 cups fat free milk-3/4 cup vanilla yogurt, nonfat-1/2 banana, sliced-1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen-

1/2 teaspoon vanilla (optional)

I LOVE THIS SMOOTHIE. Banana is great in the morning. It keeps you full for hours and bananas are so inexpensive.
